Casey Kenton is approaching his sixth year in the real estate business and has settled over $40 million in sales volume since 2002, specializing in the sale of commercial and specialty properties, farms and residential subdivisions. Casey has been directly involved in the development surge in Sussex County over the last five years and enjoys playing a role in the creation of job opportunities and commerce to the area. Casey has sold a wide range of properties over the course of the last five years, i.e. farms, strip centers, residential developments, borough pits and land fills. He recently obtained his Delaware real estate broker's license and is also a candidate for the Certified Commercial Investment Manager (CCIM) designation.
Casey was born and raised in Sussex County, graduated from Milford High School and later Washington College in Chestertown, MD. Upon graduating from college, Casey decided to follow his father into the commercial real estate business and obtained his real estate license in 2002.
